14 Day Price Match Guarantee
At Elder Proof Home we want you to be confident that your are getting the best value for your money. If you find an identical item within 14 days of your purchase, we will match the price by refunding the difference between the Elder Proof Home price and the competitor's price.
When comparing prices, make sure you take into account the total delivered cost of an item. Some competitors may list lower product prices in their catalog but will increase shipping costs, sometimes doubling actual charges for a higher delivered cost. Elder Proof Home pledges to treat you honestly and fairly on total costs including shipping charges.

Elder Proof Home will not provide your name, e-mail address, or other personal information to any third party except as required in the normal course of business for ordering, shipping and receiving products, without your express approval.
Shipping and Handling
We know shipping time and costs can be a major concern for online customers. The vast majority of products listed in the catalog ship the next business day from the day of order receipt. And at Elder Proof Home we pledge to charge you our costs only plus a small handling fee.
Free Standard Shipping Offer
Elder Proof Home currently offers free standard shipping on merchandise orders over $50.00. This shipping offer is valid within the 48 US contiguous states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international locations must ship by Expedited or Express Air service.
Normally, orders will ship by UPS or FedEx unless otherwise indicated in the product description. On occasion, we may determine that the US Postal Service may provide better service for your particular order. This decision will be based on time-in-transit, cost and other services available from the point of shipment to your shipping address. A shipment confirmation including the date of shipment, name of the shipping company and tracking number(s) will be sent at the time of shipment by email.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our vendors to you. This provides quicker service at lower costs which we can pass on to you. As a result, individual items on your order may arrive separately. Shipping and handling costs, if any, calculated at checkout will take these split shipments into account when calculating the total shipping costs for your order.
For shipments to locations outside of the United States and its territories, it is necessary to provide a customized shipping and handling cost quotation. Email Info@ElderProofHome.com with complete details of the items and quantities of interest. Please include the complete international shipping address with your emailed request. We will send by return email an estimated shipping and handling cost and lead time within 2 business days of your request.
Please note that many items in the Elder Proof Home catalog are heavy and/or oversized so shipping to international destinations may be cost prohibitive or not possible due to the restrictions of the carriers.
Website Security Guarantee
We want you to feel confident and secure when making online purchases with Elder Proof Home. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects Elder Proof Home's website. Our site has an SSL Certificate from Verisign which enables encryption of sensitive and personal information during transmission of online transactions.
For any unauthorized credit card charges due specifically from your credit card number being used inappropriately after you have made authorized purchases from Elder Proof Home, even though our procedures makes this virtually impossible, we will reimburse you the normal $50.00 deductible your credit card company charges you. Debit card deductibles are normally the minimum amount established by your debit card facility or $500.00
Returned Merchandise Policy
If you would like to return a product for any reason we will do everything within our power to make you satisfied. Occasionally, we and/or our suppliers and vendors may make an error. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
In the event of damaged or opened cartons, advise the driver of the delivery company and notify Elder Proof Home immediately so that we may begin processing your claim. Requests for return of defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be emailed to the offices of Elder Proof Home within 3 days of original date of receipt of the merchandise. Before returning items for any reason, you MUST email a request to Returns@ElderProofHome.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by an authorized Elder Proof Home employee. We cannot accept returns without an RGA number. Merchandise must be returned in the item's original box to receive credit.
All merchandise returns must be shipped by UPS, US Postal Service or a carrier pre-authorized by Elder Proof Home. We will advise you by return email of the address to send the merchandise. We recommend insuring the product(s) for their full value to protect yourself against loss or damage during return shipping.
Returned merchandise must be received by Elder Proof Home within 21 days of the original date of merchandise receipt. Collect shipments will not be accepted. A replacement product will be shipped or credit issued. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items unless they were shipped incorrectly or, after inspection by Elder Proof Home, found to be defective due to faulty material and/or workmanship. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please note that merchandise returns from orders shipped free of charge will have the applicable out-bound shipping and handling costs deducted from the net credit amount.
Returns of large items that must be shipped by truck will be assessed a 35% restocking fee. Items which were shipped originally without shipping and handling charges will have the outbound costs deducted from the return credit amount. Special order items can not be accepted for return.
Please note that certain hygiene items are indicated in the product catalog as non-returnable for health reasons.
Please allow 10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise by Elder Proof Home for processing of the return and issuing applicable credit.
**This price guarantee applies to identical products only, and applies only to prices that can be verified by a faxed or e-mailed copy of a register receipt, current dated advertisement, competitor's web or catalog page. The copy must include the manufacturer's model number and the availability of the product. A verbal or written price quote, a price ticket from a store, or any material without dates is not acceptable. Elder Proof Home is not obligated to match the price on items which are not currently in stock by the competitor, or the price of wholesalers, re-sellers, or manufacturers selling directly to the public. This price guarantee does not apply to: competitor's prices after manufacturer's rebates (unless Elder Proof Home is offering the same rebate at the same time), close-outs, discontinued or clearance items, floor samples, one-of-a-kind or limited quantity items, rebates, refurbished goods with the same part number, bonus or special offers, membership-club pricing, or typographical errors. Shipping and handling charges will be included when comparing competitors' prices. Elder Proof Home reserves the right to limit quantities.
